What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parent Coach position at ROAN Solutions LLC?
Join a growing team! Our Parent Coaches work with parents in 1:1 and group settings to work with child welfare and court involved families, and support them in learning new skills to support healthy child development and connection. Responsibilities include assessing parent strengths and needs, supervising parent-child visit, educating parents, and supporting parents in implementing new skills during visitation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Services, Child Development, Early Education, or related field
- Experience with children and families
- Interest in working as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Bilingual/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently and as a team
