We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient logistics and exceptional service delivery. This role is responsible for managing warehouse teams, inventory accuracy, operational performance, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, storage, and handling all inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and shipment documentation.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Determine staffing needs, assign workloads, and manage crew expectations
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Review reports, work orders, and driver/foreman paperwork
- Take disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with company policy
- Report on performance metrics and operational updates to senior management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or moving operations
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule.
- Physically able to lift to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Driver license.
- Full-time, in-person position
- 8–12-hour shifts
- Day and evening shifts
- Weekends as needed
