Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support our daily warehouse operations by handling tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position begins with up to a 3-month trial period featuring a changing schedule, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role (40 hours per week). Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving shipments, picking items for orders, packing products securely, and preparing orders for shipping
• Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and helping with audits to ensure accuracy
• Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) to update inventory records and track product movement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all company safety procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies encountered during operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Independent individual with a will to learn a profession.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment
• Must be able to work accurately following given instructions while maintaining a high work speed
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is advantageous
• Consent to a full background check is required; candidates must have a clean record to qualify for employment

Additional Information:

• This position will start with up to a 3-month trial period that may feature a changing schedule. Upon successful completion of the trial period, the role will transition to a full-time position (40 hours per week).
