Roadway, LLC is launching a new Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program and is seeking a skilled and experienced ARMHS Clinical Supervisor to support high-quality, person-centered rehabilitative mental health care across Minnesota.
The ARMHS Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance to ensure services meet Minnesota DHS ARMHS standards under Minn. Stat. 256B.0623. This position will help shape the foundational structure, culture, and clinical integrity of the Roadway, LLC ARMHS program.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Staff Development
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ARMHS Practitioners and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers in accordance with DHS requirements.
- Review and co-sign diagnostic assessments, functional assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure services are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.
- Provide individual and group supervision in alignment with MN DHS ARMHS supervision standards.
- Support staff development, documentation accuracy, clinical skill building, and treatment fidelity.
Program Compliance & Quality Oversight
- Ensure program compliance with Minn. Stat. 256B.0623, DHS ARMHS standards, and Roadway, LLC policies.
- Conduct routine chart reviews and clinical audits to ensure documentation accuracy and medical necessity.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and corrective action planning.
- Ensure all ARMHS staff complete all required DHS trainings, including:
- ARMHS training modules
- Functional assessment training
- Treatment planning training
- Cultural responsiveness and health equity
- HIPAA, mandated reporting, privacy
- All annual and ongoing DHS-required training(Training requirements are supported by Roadway, LLC’s internal training and supervision policies.)
Service Delivery Oversight
- Support ARMHS staff in delivering person-centered rehabilitative mental health services.
- Review and approve service plans and documentation for clinical appropriateness.
- Provide consultation on crisis situations and complex cases.
- Ensure services are delivered ethically and effectively in alignment with Roadway, LLC’s mission and values.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Clinical Director, ARMHS team, county workers, and community partners.
- Support relationship building with counties, MCOs, and referral sources.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, when appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
- Active license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical mental health experience.
- Experience in clinical supervision, staff training, or leadership in a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of ARMHS guidelines, documentation standards, and Minnesota mental health regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and supervise trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered care.
Preferred
- Experience supervising staff in an ARMHS or community-based mental health setting.
- Experience building or expanding mental health programs.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, Somali, or Hmong (preferred but not required).
Required Training
All ARMHS staff, including the Clinical Supervisor, must complete all mandatory DHS ARMHS trainings before providing services. This includes:
- DHS ARMHS training modules
- Functional assessment training
- Treatment planning training
- Cultural responsiveness training
- HIPAA and privacy compliance
- Crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Roadway, LLC orientation and policy training
- Any additional trainings required by DHS or Minnesota state law(Training requirements align with Roadway, LLC’s staff supervision and training policy.)
