What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Jockey/ Forklift driver position at Roadtex transportation?
We are Roadtex, a leader in temperature-controlled and food-grade LTL shipping and warehousing.
***You will be Initially be hired through a temp agency, then will be eligible to be hired on after 90 day probationary period***
looking for a experienced CDL Class - A driver that is detail ordinated can work safely and independently in a fast paced environment
Lead Yard jockey - 5 Semi trucks with 53ft trailer will need to be maneuvered in and out of warehouse dock to be unloaded and loaded for next day Deliveries. There will no driving on public roadways, just in our yard.
Forklift driver - You will working with the other forklift drivers loading and unloading trucks.
Basic Warehouse upkeep. Sweeping, Pallet organization, etc
Pay and schedule
40-45hrs weekly
Starting at $22 an hour
Monday - Friday - 4pm - 11pm (Occasionally stay past 11pm)
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - 12pm - 5pm
