Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Roadside Assistance role located in Houston, TX. The Roadside Assistance team member will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance services to customers, such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel deliveries. They will need to respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing roadside assistance services
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of vehicle operations and mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding situations
• High school diploma or equivalent
