Operational Costs & Programs

• Physical Damage: Optional coverage available through Roadrunner. Cost varies based on tractor value, model year, and deductible. Current rates are approximately $3.96–$5.10 per $1,000 of declared tractor value per month.
• Non-Trucking Liability: $65 per power unit per month.
• Occupational Accident: $167 per driver per month, where available.
• Own Insurance: Contractors may obtain qualifying insurance independently if desired.

ELD Costs

• $6.50/Week Rental, X Company Owns The System
• Roadrunner provides and maintains the ELD hardware.

Plates and Permits

• Base Plate: Roadrunner can facilitate the base plate and recover the cost weekly, currently up to $50 per week.
• Permits: Cost varies based on the permits and jurisdictions required. Roadrunner can facilitate eligible permits.
• Heavy Vehicle Use Tax: Annual tax paid by the contractor; amount varies based on the vehicle.
• Own Base Plate: Contractors may obtain their own base plate if desired.

Fuel Card and Fuel Tax

• Fuel Card: Roadrunner fuel card available for contractor fuel purchases.
• Fuel Savings: Access to pre-negotiated Roadrunner fuel pricing. Savings vary by market and fueling location.
• IFTA / Fuel Tax: Contractors may self-file or elect Roadrunner to handle IFTA permitting and fuel/mileage tax reporting.
• Fuel Surcharge: Updated weekly based on diesel pricing and paid on dispatched loaded and empty miles.

Maintenance Discounts

• Access to Goodyear fleet tire pricing when invoiced through Roadrunner.
• Access to Roadrunner-affiliated maintenance and parts vendors.
• On-site technicians and common parts available at select terminals.

Job Requirements:

• 6 Months CDL A Experience Required
• Must Own Your Own Truck, No Company Positions Available
• Clean MVR
• Must Meet FMCSA Requirements

Wage Range: 624000.00 - 832000.00 per year
