Join our dynamic auction house team as an Auction House Front Desk Associate. In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling appointments, answering calls, and cashing customers out. Responsibilities
- Accurately print orders with prices, appointment times, and any previous orders.
- Answer phone calls and answer any questions customers may have.
- Cash out customers and call out-of-state customers to collect payments.
- Pay out consignors.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in putting orders out & handling cash.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong computer skills and POS experience.
