RoadOne IntermodaLogistics is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our Bensalem service center.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in keeping freight moving and customers informed. You’ll coordinate customer orders, monitor shipments, provide timely updates, and work closely with dispatch and operations to resolve issues before they impact service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional shipment updates.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the transportation management system.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and coordinate special customer requirements.
• Track and trace active shipments to proactively identify delays or service concerns.
• Monitor on-time pickup and delivery performance and prepare tracking reports.
• Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, rail carriers, and terminal partners to resolve operational issues.
• Notify customers of delays, accessorial charges, and other exceptions that may affect their freight.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with operations and the revenue team to support customer retention and business growth.
• Learn and follow customer-specific requirements as well as applicable rail carrier, port, and terminal procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and operation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required; experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, intermodal, or import/export is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer, data-entry, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to make informed decisions independently when needed.
• Professional, dependable, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work additional or adjusted hours when needed to support special customer requirements.
