Role Description
This is a remote volunteer position for a Board Member role at Roadmap4Recovery. As a member of the Board, you will help provide strategic guidance, oversee organizational goals, and support governance to align with the mission of promoting recovery and personal growth. You will participate in regular virtual board meetings, contribute to decision-making processes, support collaborative strategies, and help steward organizational resources. Board Members may also assist in fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts to enhance the organization's impact.
Qualifications
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful guidance and leadership at a board level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with board members and leadership
Experience in governance, nonprofit leadership, or fundraising is an asset
Knowledge of or passion for supporting recovery, mental health, or personal growth programs
Commitment to the mission and principles of Roadmap4Recovery™
Ability to dedicate time to attend virtual board meetings and engage in organizational activities
