Seasonal ROADIES Server

• Shifts in Roadies may be assigned as follows: Serving the dining room, Serving the Bowling Lanes, Serving Axe Lanes, or a combination of the three • Multitask with a sense of urgency, while maintaining consistency and accuracy

• Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols

• Anticipate guest perception/needs

• Acknowledge all guests in Roadies with a friendly 'welcome to Roadies' upon arrival and 'goodbye' upon leaving. • Greet all guests at bar, restaurant tables in Roadies, Bowling Lanes, Axe Lanes, and Patio

• Provide full-cycle food and drink service for guests in Roadies bar, restaurant, patio,as well as all other areas from greets, check-backs, to close out

• Know and engage in suggestive selling of company merchandise, and food and drink specials

• Maintain knowledge of recipes and pours for specialty cocktails, wine, beer.

• Accurately handle cash, credit and gift card transactions to close out guest tabs

• Use RHC equipment with respect and care (IPads, card readers, venue valet touch screens)

• Close out all tabs correctly for tables

• Run drinks, food, and concession items in a timely fashion

• Pre bus and clean tables in Roadies

• Conduct side-work including wrapping silverware, preparing sauces, and all other assigned work • Regularly check and restock necessary items in bar and lobby

• Set up patio and lobby and sweep and mop, prior to opening

• Adhere to legal training and serving requirements.

• Ensure department cleanliness and functional operations of department equipment.

• Be available to work as a server in auditoriums when needed.

• Teamwork, assisting with other departments as needed.

• Review bathroom cleanliness (per training guidelines).

• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Must obtain TIPS or Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.

• Previous bussing and server experience required.

• Basic math skills required.

• Must 18 years of age or older.
