The Position: LINE LEAD COOK
The Line Lead Cook plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in preparing quality food for RoadHouse guests. The Line Lead Cook is a positive and professional team player who has leadership skills, a keen attention to detail and operates with a strong sense of urgency.
Line Lead Cook duties include:
- Setting up and stocking area supplies
- Preparing ingredients for cooking
- Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion
- Cross training staff on menu items
- Reading and executing food tickets
- Supervising the line
- Taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized
- Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs as needed
Must have the following qualifications:
- Ability to work and familiar with a Brigade style line
- Familiar with cooking techniques and procedures
- Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
