As the receptionist, you are the first impression for all customers, guests, and fellow employees. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, performing clerical tasks, and assisting other locations or departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Answer and route phone calls to the right department and/or team member
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and inviting
- Assist with mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks

Assist other locations or departments on special projects as needed

Required Skills and/or Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office and other various web-based applications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and can interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize as needed

Must pass a background check and drug screen
Working Conditions

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead

Ability to move distances within and between warehouses and offices

Office personnel work directly on-site in our service and repair facility; candidates should be comfortable working in a non-traditional office setting where the sounds and activities of the shop are part of the daily routine
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

One year or more years’ experience in a receptionist/front desk environment preferred
