As a Roadside Technician you will be the first line of defense in our customers time of need.You’ll work with a variety of tools and equipment, making a tangible impact on our operations every day. What you’ll do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs and installations
- Conduct diagnostics using an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to identify issues
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in the shop or on-site
- Assist in inventory management of tools and replacement parts
Basic qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, car jack, jumper box and lockout kit
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a technician role or similar field but not required
- Familiarity with automotive systems and components
