Customer Service Technician/ Medical Equipment Delivery Driver/ Cheyenne, WY

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will support the delivery,
setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper use
and maintenance. The role also provides customer service by phone and in person to patients and referral sources.

Duties

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding use of personal protective safety equipment.
• Assist with updating the respiratory grid.
• Be available for on-call assignments as scheduled.
• Complete required delivery forms and paperwork, including invoices, work orders, manifests and logs, patient care instructions, and route sheets.
• Coordinate verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information.
• Deliver, set up, and maintain equipment at the delivery address using a company or personal vehicle as applicable.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products, services, and applicable governmental regulations.
• Educate patients and/or caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of delivered items.
• Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean and safe working condition.
• Maintain referral logs and support office intake responsibilities, including phones, faxes, patient and referral information, data entry, ticket printing, chart
assembly, and paperwork processing.
• Monitor office supplies and report additional patient needs during morning meetings.
• Prepare CMNs/SOPs for Sales Representatives and document activity on tracking logs.
• Prepare complete and accurate files for the Billing Department and tickets for daily routes.
• Provide service for walk-in patients and report equipment hazards or product incidents as required.
• Coordinate deliveries with location personnel, work cooperatively with others, and interact professionally with patients and referral sources.
• Manage multiple tasks at once and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• General delivery experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; home setup experience is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and support office/customer service duties as needed.
• Reliable, organized, professional, and comfortable traveling throughout the service area.

Benefits

Pay Range $18-$20 per hour, depending on related experience
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
On-Call Approximately every 3 to 4 weeks
