Pay and Miles
- $0.50 - $0.55 CPM (3 years experience)
- $0.43 - $0.49 CPM with step raises (6 months - 2 years, 11 months)
- $0.39 CPM with step raises (recent graduates)
- Average weekly gross: $1,200 - $1,900
- Average miles: 2,700 - 3,000 per week
- 20% per diem (increases take-home pay)
- Performance-based CPM increases at 3, 6, and 12 months
- Annual increases after year one
- Regional and OTR options available
- Flexible based on driver preference and route
- 2022 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680
- Automatic and manual transmissions
- Double bunks
- 2000W inverters
- Refrigerators and TV mounts
- 100% no-touch freight
- No forced dispatch
- Consistent miles and steady workload
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A
- Must meet FMCSA requirements
- Must pass background check
