Responsibilities:
- Manage service scheduling, workflow, and technicians
- Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and merchandising
- Lead, train, hire, and motivate staff
- Ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Motorcycle and Powersports experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles
- Lightspeed DMS experience a huge plus
