Make a real difference every day. At RTR, you’ll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team to empower adults with developmental disabilities to build independence, confidence, and life skills in a Day Habilitation setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and group support based on individualized service plans
- Help individuals develop skills in communication, self-care, and daily living
- Implement care plans developed by clinical teams (OT, PT, Speech, Nursing, Behavioral)
- Track progress and complete clear, professional documentation
- Support community engagement, including transportation and activities
- Assist with hands-on care needs, including mobility and dietary support
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual programming
- Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting safe and respectful environments

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
