Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or account management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with national or large-scale accounts.
- Familiarity with Pinnacle and/or URG
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process quotes for national accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Coordinate with RTP site locations
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues and provide status updates.
- Monitor inventory levels to quote the appropriate parts based on the customer needs
