Road Runr Maintenance, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Custodial Manager to support custodial operations in various commercial environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.
Pay: $17-18/hr opportunities for growth and advancement starting at 90 days based on performance
Shift:
- Monday through Friday, Start time 7:00AM (full time position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
- Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
- Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
- Support the Manager with communication and team coordination
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work days.
- Valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
