Join Road Runner Sports as a Marketing Campaign Traffic Manager and use your talents to help us continue to WOW our customers and support our Road Runner Sports Team by overseeing the execution of all multichannel campaigns across print, retail, email, SMS, and other digital campaigns as planned out in the marketing calendar! The Marketing Campaign Traffic Manager oversees marketing campaign creation processes from ideation to ensuring successful deployment, keeping team members and projects on-time and within budget. This role will monitor the success of each multichannel campaign by tracking its KPIs to help drive future campaigns.

Responsibilities
What you’ll get to do:
- Collaborate with channel owners to build monthly, digital communications calendars in order to drive robust campaigns that support company initiatives, increase frequency, and drive revenue
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to acquire new customers, establish retention, and build frequency
- Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Directors to create KPIs that support the successes of campaigns, constantly tracking progress, and make data-driven decisions for improvements
- Compile regular and ad-hoc reports of campaign performance and results
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
- Train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
- Facilitate campiagn kick-off meetings
- Request and organize resources for upcoming digital marketing campaigns from channel owners (direct, retail, footwear, merchandising, accessories, etc.)
- Oversee workflow operations for digital campaigns, adjusting when needed and updating channel owners
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time and work with multiple people to ensure projects are executed successfully
- This role is expected to work in the office at least two days a week, working remotely is available the remaining days of the week.
- Remote work includes being available for Zoom, Teams, and other video conferencing platforms
- Occasional local travel for meetings.
- This person will work from a computer 95% of the time.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience with MS Office Suite required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ in a recent Marketing Management role
- Advanced experience with Asana workflow software required
- Advanced experience with MS office Suite required
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Experience with workflow software, like Asana or Trello preferred
- Project Management Certification a plus
