- Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and well-being, responding promptly to any emergencies or needs
- Proven experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care environment
- Ability to perform vital signs, medication administration safely and accurately
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general
- Excellent caregiving skills with a focus on personal care home standards and resident dignity
- Capable of working independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
