Road Rescue Network | Horsham, PA Office
Role Overview: You handle customer breakdowns from first call to final payment. You're the liaison between our customers and our rescuer network. You find the right vendor for every job, negotiate rates, manage the relationship, and ensure smooth cash flow and vendor relationships. You'll work alongside our remote call center team abroad and leverage AI-powered systems to maximize efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers with breakdowns (supported by our remote team and AI WebWorkers™)
- Assess the job and find the right rescuer / vendor to handle it
- Onboard new vendors into our system and build the relationship daily
- Negotiate vendor rates and pricing
- Manage the job from start to finish, track progress, confirm completion, collect invoices from vendors
- Receive customer payment, reconcile against vendor invoice, and process vendor payment
- Maximize service fees by finding the best vendor rates for each job type
- Collaborate with our offshore remote team to streamline operations
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate (in-office) Commission & Bonuses
- After 90 days of proven results, option to transition to hybrid or remain in-office
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and build vendor relationships
- Detail-oriented, tracking jobs, invoices, and payments
- Reliable transportation to the Horsham office
- Openness to utilizing AI technology, we're a technology company and you'll be working with AI-powered systems daily.
- Willingness to learn our systems and processes

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
