Automotive Office/Accounting Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Directing calls accordingly
- Filing & Organizing
- Assist Accounting Department
- Perform data entry
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Previous Automotive Dealership or DMV experience a PLUS!
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
Requirements:
- Experience in an Automotive Dealership Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.70 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Ansonia, CT 06401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
