Automotive Office/DMV Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
Title Processing: Process all new and used vehicles for registration, ensuring accuracy in title transfers, lienholder information, and tax documents.
DMV Submissions: Liaise with state DMV/Department of Licensing (DOL) offices, submitting legal transfer work, applications for duplicate titles, and repossession paperwork efficiently.
Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate inventory records and pictures including Certificates of Origin and dealer trades.
Documentation Management: Scan, copy, and file sales documents, ensuring accuracy and completing title applications promptly.
- Writing Checks
- Filing & Organizing
- Assist Accounting Department
- Perform data entry
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word-Google Sheets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar dealership role is usually required.
- Accounting Experience at least 3 years
- Ability to multitask and be organized
- Dealertrack experience a PLUS!
- Quick Books Experience helpful
Pay based on experience.

Pay: $32,640.00 - $40,000.00 per year
