Road-Mart, Inc. is hiring a Tire & Lube Technician for our Ozark, AL, location. We're looking for a dependable and hardworking individual with a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn. Previous experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Pay rate based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
- Change, balance, and repair tires
- Diagnose and repair flat tires
- Assist with light mechanical work as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
