Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
- Drive tire and service sales by leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and organization to create an inviting environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Apply automotive knowledge to support customer needs and team performance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or automotive management preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and sales abilities
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary, plus monthly and annual performance-based bonuses
- 1st year earning potential: $100,000 – $150,000
