We are seeking friendly, energetic individuals to help staff our Family Fun Zone during race weekends. This role focuses on creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families and children while delivering a welcoming and engaging guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Family Fun Zone to ensure guest safety at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activity area
- Assist with games and activities and encourage family participation
- Engage with children and families in a positive, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide support, answer questions, and help enhance the overall guest experience
- Report any safety concerns or issues to event leadership promptly
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to stay alert and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance for scheduled weekend events
- Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or event support is a plus, but not required
- Open during select Saturday and Sunday race events
- Commitment of 10 total event days
