Roach & Lin, P.C. is a foreclosure law firm located in Syosset, NY. We specialize in Lender/Creditor side default services as well as real estate transactions representing Sellers, Purchasers and Banks. We also represent Sellers and Purchasers in REO and Short Sale closings.
THE POSITION
Roach & Lin, P.C. is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience. The attorney will need to appear in court for mandatory settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.
Firm’s practice is concentrated in foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation
Seeking attorney with 2 years of foreclosure experience
Knowledge of ICE/Black Knight (LPS), Tempo a plus
Immediate hire and training
Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations related to bankruptcy and other litigation matters.
- Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and maintain organized records.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact litigation strategies.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
