Schedule
- 5 days per week
- Full-time school schedule
Caseload Information
- High School students
- Approximately 10–15 students served at any given time
- Services are primarily delivered within the general education setting
Student Needs May Include
- Other Health Impairment (OHI)
- Specific Learning Disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Language-Based Disabilities

QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Licensure
Must hold a valid Maryland State Department of Education Special Education certification, including one of the following:
- Infant/Primary (Birth–Grade 3)
- Elementary/Middle (Grades 1–8)
- Secondary/Adult (Grades 6–12)
Experience
Experience working with students in educational settings, including:
- Student teaching
- Paraeducator roles
- Behavioral Classroom Assistant (BCA) roles
- Teaching positions
- Special Education classroom experience
- Other relevant educational or behavioral health experience
Certification Requirement
Certified Special Education Teacher (Required)
