What You’ll Do (varies On District)
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional)
- Write clear, legally sound reports with actionable recommendations
- Actively participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Provide individual and group counseling services based on student needs
- Deliver behavioral consultation and support in both general and special education settings
- Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as needed
- Promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices across the school community
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist License
- Master’s Degree from NASP-approved school (Psychology Program preferred)
- School-based experience
- Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation
