Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at a California State Prison!
This position plays a vital role in providing essential care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.
- Location: Soledad, CA
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hour shifts
- Higher pay available for travelers located 50 miles from the facility
- Employment Type: Contract
- Active California CNA license (in good standing)
- At least 1 year of CNA experience
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to pass a strict background check
- Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Supporting medical staff in wound care, patient transfers, and mobility assistance
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment while following facility policies and procedures
- Providing emotional support and communication to patients under supervision
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility guidelines
