- Monday-Friday
- Supervise and mentor nurses providing care in school or community-based settings.
- Create and monitor individualized care plans for students or clients.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and Ro Health field staff.
- Provide clinical guidance, field supervision, and performance feedback.
- Facilitate health education, preventative care, and medical referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
- Serve as a key liaison between Ro Health, client partners, and families.
- Active RN License (Required).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- School-based or community health experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable providing mentorship and clinical oversight.
- Ability to travel within the Austin area for onsite support.
- Medication administration in school settings.
- G-tube care and feeding.
- Catheterization experience.
- Tracheostomy care.
- Behavioral health or special education support.
- Experience with seizure disorders or diabetes management.
