What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Basic phone and email skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR certification and TB test (can be completed within 90 days of hire)
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance
- Support clients with daily routines, mobility, and errands
- Communicate with the RNS team about client needs or changes
- Maintain a professional and caring attitude at all times
