Overview Of Our Company: We have 140 stores nationwide, that will grow to 200 plus stores in the next 5 -7 years. A niche market in high demand and minimal competition. An easy sell with uncapped earnings, commission programs & above average hourly wage base. Plus 90 day on the job product/sales training. ***Rental or leasing experience is a plus.

* Making sure that your store meets sales targets / goals
* Running promotions
* Managing stock levels
* Reviewing all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval
* Analyzing sales figures
* Create goals and sales strategies
* Contacting all prospects daily from prior interests with RNR
* Forecasting future sales
* Dealing with customer service opportunities
* Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
