RNR Global Certification Pvt Ltd, a leader in certification services, is launching an ambitious new SAP Services faction in the US, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to be a foundational member of our functional team in North America.
This is a dynamic and high-impact role where you will be instrumental in defining and delivering compliant, high-quality payroll solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll process design, configuration, and operational support. - Lead the configuration and maintenance of complex US payroll processes in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Provide proven, hands-on support for live payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment runs, and resolving post-payroll issues with urgency.
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) to meet unique business and legal requirements.
- Manage all aspects of wage type configuration (creation, copying, configuration of processing/evaluation classes) and its integration with HR processes.
- Configure and support Tax Models and Tax Reporting (Federal, State, Local) to ensure strict legal compliance.
- Own the Benefits Configuration and Payroll Integration across various plans (medical, dental, 401k) to ensure correct deductions and reporting.
- Work closely with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate complex legal and business requirements into robust SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions.
- Experience: 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Tax, and Benefits, including configuration, support, and at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Core Expertise (Mandatory Hands-on):
- Deep, hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining SAP Payroll Schemas and PCRs.
- Strong knowledge of Wage Type Configuration and related functions.
- Proven experience with Tax Models, Tax Reporter, and regulatory compliance for US Federal, State, and Local payroll taxes.
- Extensive experience with Benefits Configuration and integration with the SAP Payroll module.
- System Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
- Working knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and its integration with SAP Payroll.
- Soft Skills & Logistics:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for diagnosing live payroll issues.
- Strong communication skills for leading workshops and supporting end-users/stakeholders in the US.
- Logistics: Must be an existing US Resident and be able to work onsite at the Tampa, FL office a few days a week (Hybrid).
- Knowledge of SAP Time Management (TM) and its integration with Payroll.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integration and extensions.
- SAP Certification in Payroll or related modules.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
