Job Description:
As a Budtender/Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the face of the dispensary, providing excellent customer service while also engaging with local organizations, community events, and other businesses. Your role will involve educating customers, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring that the dispensary is seen as a trusted and responsible business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on cannabis products and their benefits.
- Represent the dispensary at local events, festivals, and community outreach programs.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and leaders to establish our presence in the community.
- Organize and promote community events and initiatives related to cannabis education and advocacy.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment in the dispensary.
- Assist with product selection, inventory management, and store organization as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in community engagement, customer service, or public relations (preferably in cannabis).
- Passion for cannabis and a strong desire to educate others.
