PART-TIME CLEANER – READ BEFORE APPLYING
RnR Cleaning | Fargo Area
RnR Cleaning is hiring dependable workers for consistent part-time cleaning work.
Pay:
- $18/hour to start
- Paid training
- Paid trial shift required
Schedule:
- 4–5 hours per day
- 3–5 days per week
- Weekday work
- Consistent schedule
The Work
- Cleaning apartments, offices, and buildings
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens
- Bending, kneeling, climbing stairs
- Standing and moving for several hours
- Working independently after training
- Following a checklist exactly
This is a physically demanding job.
Paid Trial Shift
Before regular hours are offered, all applicants complete a paid trial shift:
- 2–3 hours
- Paid at $18/hour
- Real working shift (not observation)
If you show up on time, work steadily, and follow instructions, we will move forward with regular scheduled shifts.
Requirements(Non-Negotiable)
- Show up on time, every scheduled shift
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Physically able to do the job
- Willing to work consistently
English is not required. Must be able to follow written or visual instructions.
Training is provided.
