Position Objective

We are seeking a Project Manager to secure the operational victory, financial health, and long-term client loyalty of our heavy utility and civil sitework portfolio. You will start immediately with a massive, multi-phase Data Center project in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Operating like an entrepreneurial "small business owner" with single-point P&L accountability, you will report directly to the Project Executive. Your charge will be driving aggressive margin preservation and zero-incident safety standards on-site, turning complex operational plans into profitable reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Financial Management: Maintain full, single-point responsibility for cost management, forecasting, and gross profit targets for one large infrastructure project or multiple mid-sized projects. Monitor granular daily productivity inputs and weekly financial metrics.
• Field Execution & Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate staff resources with Superintendents. Oversee comprehensive daily site operations to drive absolute compliance across safety protocols, quality control standards, and scheduling milestones.
• Process Governance: Enforce strict compliance frameworks by securing fully executed subcontracts and verifying vendor insurance prior to mobilization. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and timely invoice approvals.
• Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and evaluate Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering a servant-leader mindset on-site.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary collaborative liaison connecting field operations, preconstruction teams, owners, and visiting executive leadership.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Industry Experience: 7 to 10 years of general construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Sector Background: Heavy preference for backgrounds in civil sitework, industrial GC execution, or wet/dry utility installation (fiber, medium voltage duct banks, pressure piping, and gravity sewer systems).
• Project Scale: Proven history managing sizable, fast-paced project environments with 20 to 30 active field personnel on-site.
• Technical Proficiency: High level of tech literacy. Daily software environments include Procore, Bid2Win (estimating/productivity), Trimble (earthworks/takeoffs), and specialized Power BI dashboards.
• Certifications: General certifications such as OSHA 30 are preferred.
• Leadership Traits: High emotional intelligence, highly coachable, and a strong ownership mentality. You must be Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
