About the RNG Executive Solutions:
We are a growing sales and marketing company looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
This is a business-to-business sales role where you’ll work directly with small to medium-sized business owners throughout the Chicago suburbs. You’ll learn how to build professional relationships, understand business needs, present solutions, and close sales.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and are looking for individuals who are coachable, competitive, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect directly with small to medium-sized business owners
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers
- Learn client products, services, and sales processes through paid training
- Present solutions based on each business’s needs
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training
- Represent our company and clients professionally in the marketplace

Compensation & Training:
This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

- Current sales representatives average approximately $1,200 per week
- Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed
- There is no cap on commissions
