Facility: Pagosa Springs Medical Center
Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
Shift: Day Shift, 0615 to 1845
Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
EHR: Cerner experience required
Gross Pay Weekly: $2434 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1188 ($33/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $770 per week
OT Rate: $90 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2077 (based on 36hrs)
Gross Pay Weekly: $3286 (Based on 48hrs)
