Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Salem, MA. In this role, you will manage appointment scheduling, provide exceptional phone and in-person customer service, support care coordination, and ensure seamless patient experiences. The position involves collaborating with healthcare specialists, assisting in patient care, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation to uphold our commitment to excellence in client services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to efficiently manage client interactions and bookings.
- Knowledge of Care Coordination and Medical Terminology to effectively support patient care and ensure accurate communications.
- Experience in Patient Care with a focus on delivering high-quality and compassionate service.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Prior experience in a medical or spa clinic setting is advantageous but not required.
