Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll leverage your proven track record in roofing sales to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to our revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and contractors.
Conduct site inspections and assessments for potential roofing projects, providing accurate quotes and proposals.
Present customized roofing solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products (shingles, metal roofs, TPO, etc.) for both commercial and residential applications.
Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain detailed CRM records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, local building codes, and competitor offerings to position Pro Contractors USA as the trusted expert.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to grow our network across South Florida and beyond.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in both commercial and residential roofing – proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas required.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and Florida's unique climate challenges (hurricanes, humidity, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in sales tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within South Florida and to our office locations.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, given our diverse client base.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a commission-based environment.
