We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to oversee and optimize paid search and social campaigns. This role focuses on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Guarantee programs to maximize ROI, generate qualified leads, and ensure seamless campaign performance. Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max). Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, bid management, and conversion tracking to achieve target CPA and ROAS goals.
Facebook Ads Management: Develop and execute targeted Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. Focus on audience segmentation, creative testing, retargeting, and pixel implementation to drive engagement and conversions.
Google Guarantee Oversight: Manage Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Guarantee verifications. Handle lead qualification, response times, dispute resolution, and compliance to maintain high badge ratings and maximize guaranteed leads.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager. Provide weekly reports on KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead) and recommend data-backed optimizations.
Budget Management: Allocate and track ad spend across platforms, ensuring efficient use of client budgets while scaling successful campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content and sales teams to align ads with brand messaging and follow up on leads for conversion insights.
Staying Current: Keep abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices for Google Ads certifications and Meta Blueprint.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 years in paid digital advertising, with proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Hands-on experience with Google Guarantee/LSA is a must.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Business Manager, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs. Strong understanding of attribution models and cross-platform tracking.
Certifications: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display) and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional preferred.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
