Installer – RN Design & ICON Bunks

RN Design and ICON Bunks are growing fast and looking for a hardworking, motivated team member to join our expanding crew. We specialize in high-end, custom-built bunk beds and furniture, with projects spanning from Big Sky to destinations across the country. About the Position

This position involves assisting with the installation of custom bunk beds, built-ins, and other fine furniture pieces—both on-site and in our Bozeman-area shop. You’ll work alongside a small, skilled team focused on craftsmanship, precision, and exceptional client experiences. We’re happy to train the right individual who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow with our company.

Travel

Most work is based in Big Sky, MT. Daily transportation is provided, and all drive time is paid. As our client base expands, there will be opportunities to travel for installations across the U.S. and beyond. All travel-related expenses during overnight installs are covered by RN Design, including:

· Paid travel time and overtime

· Daily per diem

· Comfortable accommodations and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

· Assist or lead in the installation of custom bunk beds, built-in furniture, and millwork

· Collaborate with the install team to solve on-site challenges creatively and efficiently

· Take accurate measurements for bunk room fabrication and design preparation

· Learn and assist with shop fabrication and production tasks

· Support shop managers with various projects during downtime

· Assist and Learn packaging practices for ICON Bunks Products

· Learn Shipping practices and protocols

Qualifications & Skills

· Basic carpentry skills or mechanical aptitude

· Familiarity with hand tools and shop power tools

· Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

· Professional communication with coworkers, clients, and contractors

· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

· Clean, professional appearance and respect for client spaces

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs overhead

Education & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Carpentry or construction experience preferred (training available)

· Experience working in the Yellowstone Club or similar environments is a plus

Work Hours & Benefits

· 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts — enjoy 3-day weekends!
