Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with tasks such as case management, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and coordinating trial preparation. Additional responsibilities may include communicating with clients, organizing case files, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient legal support.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in litigation support in the Practice Areas of Commercial/Business, Real Estate, or Estate Planning
- Proficiency in case management, legal document preparation, and maintaining case schedules
- Strong skills in legal research and analysis
- Familiarity with discovery processes, trial preparation, and managing legal files
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with legal software and systems is preferred (Practice Master)
- Paralegal certification or degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
