About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and energetic team player to join RMX as an Operations & Executive Support Coordinator. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.
In this role, you’ll support our operations teams with customer and carrier relations, while also providing direct support to our executive leadership with projects that span marketing, communications, and general administrative duties. No two days will look the same, and you’ll have the chance to be involved across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist operations teams in managing day-to-day customer and carrier communications.
Help resolve issues, follow up on requests, and ensure strong relationships with partners.
Provide marketing and communications support, including drafting materials, assisting with campaigns, and coordinating events.
Support executive team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and special projects.
Jump in on a wide variety of projects and tasks to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Comfortable balancing multiple projects at once.
A problem-solver who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Previous experience in operations, customer service, marketing, or executive support is a plus, but we’re open to the right personality and skill set.
