You Have:
- The ability to think in 3D, knowing how things go together with high levels of precision and accuracy. You'll also know how to convey those ideas to teammates and through graphical plan sets.
- Experience on construction sites with various low-voltage technologies is a plus.
Your Location:
- Headquarters: 1001 Millersville Rd Lancaster, PA 17603
- 2nd Location coming in the Main Line Philadelphia area Fall 2026
- Your Project Sites: predominantly Central and Eastern PA
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to RMS:
- Completing full system specification and engineering to allow successful project implementation by our production teams
- Creating accurate drawings, schematics, and documentation
- Technical advisor for sales team
- Intimate knowledge of latest technologies and products
What Makes You Successful:
- Knowledge of design and drafting software (D-Tools SI, AutoCAD, CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software)
- Knowledge of Electrical & Lighting design and specification
- LV Experience/Understanding: Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Networking and Wi-Fi
- Construction Methods: Thorough knowledge and understanding
