About the role
RMS Services is hiring a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to perform service calls, repairs, drain cleaning, equipment replacement support, and pipe installation work. This is a hands-on role for a licensed Louisiana Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and safe work practices.
What you’ll do
- Perform plumbing service repairs, drain cleaning, equipment replacement assistance, and pipe installation.
- Use hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer and storm piping.
- Complete video camera inspections to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, supervisors, and vendors.
- Complete required documentation for each job, including accurate startup records and service details.
What we’re looking for
- Current Plumbing license in Louisiana.
- At least 2 years of experience as a service plumber.
- Acceptable driving record and ability to travel to service locations as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work that may include bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
- Ability to work safely indoors, outdoors, on ladders, and around moving equipment.
