Job Role:

As a Packaging/Product Graphic Designer, you'll immerse yourself in the creative process, bringing toy concepts and packaging to life. You’ll work collaboratively to shape designs that captivate children and resonate with parents. Every day brings a new challenge, a new idea, and a chance to design with imagination and purpose.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing packaging from concept to final production.
• Creating innovative brand and product statements aligned with current market trends.
• Collaborating with design managers to refine and perfect designs.
• Effectively communicating product features and statements through compelling packaging designs and copy.
• Coordinating with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and packaging strategies.
• Preparing presentations for sales and retailers.
• Generating detailed production specifications to ensure seamless manufacturing.
• Proofreading artwork meticulously to deliver high-quality, error-free designs.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and

creativity.

• Responding to client feedback and adapting artwork accordingly.

• Education: BFA in Graphic Design or related field (not required)
• Experience: 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably focused on packaging.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, including packaging projects.
• Note-taking
